can i grow weeping willow trees in zone 10?

 I would like a weeping willow, but am not sure if it will be here, I saw the room in Palm Springs then. California. I need shade trees. Someone also be familiar with this type of shady trees I can Bush here?

 While away from the quarter and sewer systems because they cause very invasive.
