How do I use a tomato cage with an existing plant?

 Remorse if a pump is really stupid ... I have no wisdom with tomatoes.

Anyway ... I found an approx. three tomato plants enormous walk in the street yesterday, he saved, and put it in my garden patio.

 You need to put good cage around the plant, and the character of the proposed branch brook the cage. Do not weave the branches through the cage, or they may become fragmented. And if you tie the branches to the cage, the branches will not grow in the housing links.

Can a potted cucumber plant be trained to grow up a tomato cage instead of a trellis?

 I don't have a trellis, and don't have the $$ to buy or boost one, but I do have some extra 42'' tomato cages around. Has anyone had sensation with this?
And for that matter, could yellow squash exertion that way?

 I don't differentiate where you are but cucumbers and squash have never done well in pots for me and I had them in quite big pots..maybe the pots were not big enough..who knows. As eat one's heart out as they can climb something..it will work.
