 Looking for a plant that has a flower like the Dutchman Dutchmen or shorts, but it has a slightly sinister shorts and a red flower that part come out of the pants. The departure does not like ferns or compound.

 Even if your story is better than many on this site, I can not label your plant depending on what you have provided. There are all sorts of websites characterization of plants that make use of color photos.

 I am looking for a plant that has a cream like Dutchman's Breeches does not have the fuse or fern leaf.
Looking for a plant that has a floweret like Dutchman's or Dutchmen's Breeches but this one has undefiled breeches and a bit of a red flower part coming out from the

 It is more than fitting "dicentra scandens" or commonly called, climbing bleeding focus. This climbing variety has level oval shaped leaves and not the classic fern shaped of its smaller cousin. Restrained but bold, graceful yet strong, Ohio’s wildflowers are having their day in the sun.

Origin opens the floodgates to a wave of the state’s most beautiful wildflowers, dainty ephemerals that last a matter of days before vanishing for another year. Virginia bluebells, Dutchman’s-breeches, jack-in-the-pulpit, develop from beauties and trillium lead the list.

The recent heat has prompted them — like other flowers — to upon blooming earlier than usual.

In central Ohio, these forest-loving wildflowers are not as stale as they once must have been. Lands in the state have changed dramatically since the Europeans arrived more than 200 years ago.

“When settlers first came to the Ohio motherland, the state was predominantly forested,” the Ohio Division of Forestry says on its Web era. “Some have estimated the forest cover was as much as 95 percent.
