Do plants with natural red leaves have Chloroplast?
Yes they cholorplasts and chlorophyll. However, they also have other photosynthetic pigments such as carotenoids (orange) and xanthophylls (yellow). In the red leaves, these pigments are copied most dominant and "embarrassment" of the green chlorophyll.
I have a plant with dark red leaves and light pink flowers and it smells wonderful, but what is it?
It is a bush with ignorance red bark and dark red, almost burgundy leaves. The radiation pink flowers are young and smell very good.

The common names for plants are useful in the same way that all names are valuable: they identify a particular person, place or thing. You can identify and refer to each place with accuracy. Rather than saying "that plant with small red blossoms and fancy leaves by the birdbath," you can say, "the geranium by the birdbath." (Another stereotyped name for the geranium is "stork's bill," referring to the shape of the seed.)
More precisely, you could use the situate's botanical name: "the Pelargonium sanguineum by the birdbath," or, in the case of a hybrid, "the Pelargonium 'Rozanne' by the birdbath.
