Why does my Myrtle TOPIARY plant have so much white fuzzy stuff near leaves?

 Why Myrtle TOPIARY my store have so white fuzzy stuff about leaves? Once I noticed this first when I put out for the day. Keep it basically does not make it disappear. The bed is booming, but I am concerned about things like innocent fuzzy ?????
