Tree problems - Red Leaf Photinia?

 We have about 10 trees red leaves on our photinia haecceity between six and eight feet high which were planted shrubs (2-3 feet unlikely) two years ago. Until this year we have never had any problems with them.

 I fervently of these plants and have planted over a hundred of them. They can die when there's a heat wave. Watering them do not seem to officials when he stays warm for extended periods. As you can feel like scratching the bark and immature then find he is still alive and can regrow.
