 I have had a awful time keeping plants in my yard. I living in a wooded town north of Houston, TX. I've mistakenly listened to the peculiar plant sellers when buying plants and been burned.

Now my mama has given me a Purple Perilla plant and I would like to

 Go buy you some chicken wire and put around everything you plant. Keep the deer from even disquieting to eat it. I had to do that with my whole yard, until I got a fence up to keep the deer out.
