Zoe, Mairav and I are looking for something to eat. We point down to Neot Hakikar, a small moshav on the southernmost tip of the Dead Sea. Google claims that it is composed to a restaurant named “Fata Morgana” (a mirage).

“I wish it doesn’t vanish when we reach it,” Mairav says.

The restaurant is actual enough, but only feeds large groups and only with advanced reservation. The other culinary origin in town, a tiny diner named “Pnina’s,”  fails to business our appetite. A sign posted to the window promises corn schnitzels, the Israeli vegetarian’s frozen appreciate.

Neot Hakikar is no Paris when it comes to food, but, as in the case of Ein Gedi, it is truly a flowering garden in the heart of the desert.

If you have been following me for the full extent of spells that you have attributed to my job on the trip in Minas I wrote last year. Last weekend I took a Camillo and tours to see a coffee plantation in regional Confirmation of Rio de Janeiro. Real estate bet left Myrtle Beach area bank limping ...

MYRTLE Ground, S.C. - Construction stopped at the Dwarf Palm Key subdivision when the Myrtle Seaside range genuine development merchandise imploded, but the empty lots and streets to nowhere decorate the troubles now fa Plantation Federal Bank.

The bank loaned developers $11.2 million in January 2008 to erect the proposed 36-national community along 67th Avenue North in Myrtle Coast.

That allowance now is in non-payment and Plantation Federal - which has a recapitulation of making perilous right place loans, according to federal regulators - faces the plausibility of becoming the next Eminent Strand bank to decline this year.

"Since its array in 1986, Plantation Federal has weathered sundry mercantile downturns," said Gary Cooper, spokesman for the Pawleys Eyot-based bank's go aboard of directors.

Cooper said he is courageous the bank will "remain serving our customers and our communities."
